Doc Comms is a patient engagement platform developed by Vortex in collaboration with a primary care practice.
The platform helps healthcare providers identify patients requiring follow-up care and automates compliant outreach through text messaging, voice, and email.
Why It Was Built
Why It Was Built
The large primary care office approached Vortex to improve how the practice identifies patients needing follow-up care and communicates with those patients.
Working closely with clinical staff, Vortex designed Doc Comms to streamline outreach workflows while keeping providers in control of clinical decisions.
Current Status

Doc Comms is currently being implemented and validated.
Future versions will support additional patient engagement and clinical communication workflows.
